Using regular Royal Mail feeds Data Captain can clean your customer and prospect data to ensure records are correct and up to date to the current PAF (Postoffice Address File) standard.

This will also remove any companies which have ceased trading, update those that have moved address and update any director details that have changed.

We can also append additional information to your data, such as Turnover, Employee Numbers, SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) code, Yell Code, Thomson Code and a host of different variables to enable your data to be analysed in more detail.

Should an extra level of detail be required we can call your data, using our 100 seat call centre to append industry specific information such as Insurance Renewal Date, Decision Maker Contact Details, Contract Renewal Date, Number of PC’s, Number of Fleet Cars, etc.
